Choosing a product?

Send us the product name or link, plus the measurement or feature you would like to confirm. If you are choosing a tree, include your available ceiling height and floor space.

Need help with an order?

Include your order number and a short description of the issue. For a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product, packaging and shipping label.

Starting a return

Request a return within 30 days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused with original packaging and accessories. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back. Customers pay return shipping for non-defect returns.
