Shipping Policy

Contiguous United States

All DRNEWI Christmas trees, garlands and festive accents ship free to the contiguous 48 United States. These orders are fulfilled from U.S. warehouses for local delivery.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time is separate from shipping time. During peak holiday periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery after dispatch

For the contiguous 48 United States, estimated delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Carrier capacity and local delivery conditions can affect transit time.

Other destinations

The 2–4 business-day estimate and U.S. warehouse service above apply only to the contiguous 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are not included in that estimate. Please contact us before ordering to confirm service and timing for your address.

Free standard shipping remains included for eligible orders to Canada, the United Kingdom and supported European destinations. Standard delivery to those destinations typically takes 7–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier capacity, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Remote areas may require additional time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing an order. If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at zhibotong01@outlook.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
